These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of empireamateur.com (https://www.empireamateur.com, the “Site”), operated by admin (“we”, “us”). By using the Site, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

1. Adults only

The Site contains sexually explicit material intended for adults. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority where you live, and if viewing such material is legal where you are. By confirming your age on the age screen, you declare that this is the case.

Do not let minors access the Site from your devices. Parental control tools can block sites like this one.

2. What the Site offers

Without an account, you can watch videos, browse them by category and tag, like a video, report a video, and copy the embed code we provide to show a video on another website.

With a free member account, you can also:

comment on videos and reply to comments;
keep a list of favorite videos and follow other members;
have a profile page, public by default, which you can make private in your account settings;
download videos for your personal use, once you have confirmed your email address.

We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Site at any time.

3. Member accounts

Give an email address that you control. We use it to confirm your account and to let you reset your password.
Your username is shown next to your comments and on your profile.
Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms.

To close your account, write to [email protected] from the email address of the account.

4. Comments

You are responsible for the comments you post. Do not post anything that:

is illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful or defamatory;
identifies, locates or exposes a person shown in a video (name, social media account, address, school, workplace…);
suggests that a person shown is under 18, or sexualizes minors in any way;
is spam, advertising, or a link to malware;
infringes the rights of others.

Comments from members who have confirmed their email address are published immediately; other comments are published only after moderation. We may refuse or remove any comment without notice. You can delete your own comments at any time.

By posting a comment, you allow us to display it on the Site, free of charge, for as long as it remains online.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Site where it is illegal for you to do so;
copy the Site or its catalogue in bulk, or collect its content with automated tools;
get around the limits we set to prevent abuse, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours;
re-upload, sell or distribute videos downloaded from the Site: downloads are for your personal, private use only;
use the Site to harass, identify or track down anyone shown in a video.

6. Videos and removal requests

Members cannot upload videos: every video on the Site is published by us. Videos remain the property of their respective rights holders.

We do not accept any content showing a person under 18, or a person who did not consent to being filmed or to the video being shared. If you believe that a video is illegal, infringes your rights or shows you without your consent, use the Report button under the video or follow our DMCA and Content Removal procedure. We act on these reports without delay.

7. Intellectual property

The design, code and name of the Site belong to us. Apart from the embed code we provide and downloads by members for their personal use, you may not reproduce the Site or its content without permission.

8. Advertising and other websites

The Site shows advertisements, some of them supplied by third-party ad networks, and links to other websites, including partner sites. We do not control these advertisements or websites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Any dealings with an advertiser are between you and that advertiser.

9. Privacy

How we handle your data, including cookies, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. No warranty and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, nor for content or services provided by third parties.
