DMCA and Content Removal
This page explains how to ask us to remove a video from empireamateur.com. We handle every request, and the most serious ones first.
Urgent: minors and non-consensual content
Report a video right away if it shows:
- a person who is, or appears to be, under 18;
- a person who did not consent to being filmed or to the video being shared, for example a private video chat recorded without the other person’s knowledge;
- you, and you did not agree to its publication.
How to report
- Click Report under the video and choose Appears underage, Illegal content or Other, and add any useful details in the comment field. No account is needed.
- Or email [email protected] with the address (URL) of each video concerned. Add a way to reach you if you want an answer.
You do not need to prove your identity to report a video that shows a minor.
What we do
- The reported video is taken offline as soon as we see the report, without waiting for the end of our review.
- We look for other copies of the same video on our sites and take them offline too.
- Content involving a minor is never put back online. It is reported to the competent authorities, such as the NCMEC CyberTipline in the United States, and we keep the information they may need.
- Content shared without the consent of the person shown is not put back online.
- We cooperate with law enforcement and answer lawful requests.

Copyright infringement (DMCA)
If you own the copyright in a video published on empireamateur.com, or are authorized to act for the owner, send a notice to our designated agent by email to [email protected]. Under 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3), the notice must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- the identification of the copyrighted work;
- the URL of each video concerned on empireamateur.com;
- your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
You can also use the Report button and choose Copyright violation (DMCA), but a report alone does not contain the information above.
We remove or disable access to the videos identified in a complete notice promptly. A notice that knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may make its author liable for damages (17 U.S.C. 512(f)).
